The Global Business research group at Rutgers University retains strong links with the University of Reading in the UK. John Dunning, who moved from the University of Reading to establish the IB program at Rutgers, has remained an Emeritus Professor at both Reading and Rutgers. He now continues to live near Reading, having returned to the UK. The current head of the PhD program at Rutgers, John Cantwell, spent the first part of his career at Reading, and is now on long-term leave from his post of Professor of International Economics there. Also, the first graduate of Rutgers’ International Business PhD program, Rajneesh Narula, is the current Professor of International Business Regulation at Reading.
